BD Luer-Lok® Sterile Syringe Tip Cap is a blue, pointed cap with grooves that lock the cap in place to preserve sterility of the syringe. Manufactured by Becton Dickinson, the Luer-Lok Tip Cap is designed to fit all of the BD Luer-Lok Tip Syringes such as the 20 mL Syringe used for diabetic, tuberculin and other medical uses. Luer-Lok Caps are useful for medical professionals as well as the general public who regularly use syringes. The BD Syringe Luer-Lok Tip Cap is latex-free and comes individually packaged in a standard blue color for easy detection. The caps are for one-time use to maintain sterility of the syringe, thus reducing possible waste and increasing productivity.

Luer Tip Caps are packed in a tray of 10 caps. The caps are black and flat in profile to place the syringe into the tray to cap the syringe with minimal contact to prevent contamination.
